Possible only look at date and not file size

I have a job that sync's from a windows file server to Sharepoint document library. When the documents are in sharepoint the file sizes are different so the profile wants to resync the files every single time. Is it possible to only check the date of the files and not the file size? This way only newer files will be copied over.

You can use the two Archive Filter flags on the tab sheet "General Filters".

You can also use SmartTracking and click Configure and on the Options tab sheet, choose "detect unchanged files" for the destination side and there's a checkmark to also ignore file size changes.
