Why is "Use Cache Database For Source" greyed out?

I have just upgraded to version 6.61d from version 5. I imported my profiles but under Special, Special Features I am unable to select Use Cache Database for Source.

This option is only used by the Restore Wizard. To avoid misunderstandings and misuse, it can only be activated via the wizard.
