Email notifications using office 365 SMTP relay

Does anyone have setting for email notifications using office 365 SMTP relay.

As far as I can see I have it set-up correctly based on the office 365 instructions but it seams to be failing the TLS authentication?

It doesn't work yet, you need to use something else, for example Gmail.

Is this still the case, still a work in progress?

Greying out the button until its working would help on this, just a thought?
