zip folders individually

Hello, I would like to zip individually the folders I have in the Left-Hand Side directory but it seems that i can only have a zip of my left hand side directory or a copy of my folders with a zip of each file individually ...
Is it possible to have zip individually of the folders ? And how ?

May I suggest an option to run a command on the contents of each folder? This would allow different tools, not just 7zip, etc. to be run on the files while maintaining the folder structure.
