Zipped backups with encryption fails on Locked files

Hi,

I have 2 profiles setup to copy out the exact same source to different locations.

The first profile, just does an Exact Mirror opy to a remote location with Volume Shadowing enabled. This profile runs fine with no issues.

The second profile, does exactly the same thing, except it is copying to a share on a local server and I have encryption (zip) turned on in addition to Volume Shadowing. This one fails on a locked file all the time :-

Errors / Access problems with 1 File(s):

\MyFolder\A002\2027.dat (ERROR 3 creating ZIP file - file could be locked, too large, or not enough TEMP space)

Is there a reason why profile 2 would fail while profile 1 works ? How can I resolve this issue ?
