Backup only newest folder/file in a directory

We have a software build system that build many "modules", each in its own directory. Inside of each module directory, every build will produce a subdirectory with a newly incremented version number in the subdirectory name. Builds happen many times a day, but backup is only once a day. We are only interested in copying the last version of each module. Is there a way to achieve this?

Not really, you would need to write a script for this purpose that could use the Syncovery command line to specify the paths to use:
