Feature Request: Export all profiles to XML via command line

Postby Dan1el42 on Wed Sep 23, 2015 6:53 am

Hi Tobias,

I would like to request the feature to export all profiles to an XML file to be available via command line (scheduled task) to give your customers the ability to end-to-end automate the creation of documentation, tracking of profiles changes and to import the information into a configuration management database for dependency mappings to internal and external resources.

Example 1 (including user names by default but without passwords):
Syncovery.exe /EXPORT="folder\file.xml"

I am hoping this would be a feature you would consider to add in a near-future version of Syncovery. Especially because you already have the basic functionality in the software via the UI.

Thanks very much,
Daniel Krebs

We have now added the command line parameter (for example):

/EXPORTALLXML="C:\Tests\Profiles.xml"

available since v7.26a.
