"Waiting for Shared Cloud DB"

Trying the product again to see if the upgrade will work for us.

Trying to run a profile, I get an interminable message, "Waiting for Shared Cloud DB"

What does this mean? It's certainly unacceptable. Several minutes and no action yet.

Which Syncovery version are you trying?

Theoretically it means that another job is running and using the shared cloud database for this cloud storage, which only one job can use at a time.

The latest version of Syncovery should only show this for one minute and then the job will create its own independent database.

It might however be caused by another DB issue. To determine that, please cancel the job and send the log file.

You can get to the Logs folder via File->Show Log Folder.
