Database file for some Jobs are too large can they be shrunk

Postby t3group on Mon Jan 11, 2016 11:38 am

The database files for several of my jobs exceed 6gb.
I can't be wasting this amount of HD space, can this be shrunk?
Some of the jobs are dormant and will remain dormant.
Thanks

You can delete them. They will be rebuilt when you run the job again, probably much smaller.

If you depend on Partial File Updating or Synthetic Backup, Syncovery will have to copy changed files again in their entirety the next time you run the job. However unchanged files will just have their MD5 checksums re-generated for the database.
