Syncovery problem with BIG file (5,5 GB)

Hello, I have a problem with synchronization using Syncovery 7.48f if the file is around 5.5 gigabytes
The source file is on a NAS (file system is NTFS)
The target location is on the FTP server (file system is NTFS)
The file has about 5.5 gigabytes, it is an encrypted zip backup of SQL Server.
I can manually copy the file feom source to destination (using Total Commander).

If I use Syncovery Premium (we have purchased the program) i have some problems :
a) In the Synchronization Preview I see the source file size
Size = 1206 MB (but file have 5.5 GB)
b) Synchronization running correctly, on target FTP i have whole 5,5 GB file, BUT
log shows not correct sizes.

Problem not solved but now i knew why occured ...

If source file is on a NAS (file system is NTFS) with protocol FTP i have bad size.
If I map as new drive source on NAS everything OK ...

Thanks for the additional information. So it is an error parsing the FTP listing. You could switch to the FTP Listing Command MLSD on the second tab sheet of the Internet/FTP dialog. This is a machine readable listing where parsing errors are extremely unlikely.

You could also turn on Internet Protocol Logging on the Logs tab sheet of the Program Settings dialog and send me the FTPLOG files from the TEMP folder, which contain the listing in text form so I can see why it is not parsed correctly.

I tried the listing with the current Syncovery version 7.57a and it seems to work fine. Can you try the latest version?
