Error syncing with ebuilder

Hello-

I'm having trouble syncing with the e-builder.net site. When I first set it up, it worked for a few days. Now I keep getting:

Left path access error code: 3
Cannot access left path: https://docs.e-builder.net/R-154-L - Reconstruction Sludge Handling Equipment at Rockaway WWTP
No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
ERROR 3: The system cannot find the path specified.

Could I have done something to cause this, or is it a server side issue?

Hello,
it's hard to say. It could be a Firewall issue. Can you edit your profile and click on the Internet button for the left-hand side and make sure the protocol is WebDAV?

If problems remain, please send a complete log file to support@syncovery.com.
