The new version 7.63b fixes this issue.

7.63b did indeed fix that issue. Thank you, as always! I am noticing a new issue that appears to have started with 7.63a and persists through 7.63b. I'm happy to take it offline if you would like though.

My profile no longer moves duplicate source files that exist in the destination. To clarify, it only has an issue if the source file has a time stamp earlier than the destination. It should create a duplicate file using the $1$ naming convention, but instead it just ignores the files completely.

This behavior started after installing 7.63a.
