Before you run such jobs, you should look at the Sync Preview. There you can see what Syncovery wants to do. If it's not what you want, then do not start the copying phase.
If this data was originally uploaded with a different app, then the data does not have the original timestamps from the local files. So Syncovery cannot positively determine if the files are identical or not. To avoid re-uploading, you could change the Exact Mirror settings so that it doesn't overwrite newer files with older ones. Because the files on Amazon Cloud Drive will have newer timestamps than the original ones.
Files that Syncovery uploads itself will have metadata containing the original timestamps, so that Syncovery can verify that the files are really the same and won't re-upload the files.
