78.6d install errers

Had two lots of erers on two PC's when updating. Said it was saving in memory error log but nothing actually there other than faulting program name.

After being away the current build has installed no problem

Yes there were a few 7.86 versions with update errors, but if you ignore them the installation is fine. It won't happen in the future if you update from 7.86d or later.
