SFTP SSH-Key Authentification: Unable to connect

Postby Masch on Wed Sep 20, 2017 8:56 am

We want to establish connection to our FTP Server via SSH KeyPair.

Configuring Syncovery with the according certificate (OpenSSH Key format, no Passphrase and no User-Password), we always get a connection error (error code 10058), and Syncovery falls back to asking for a password.

Any clue, what we are doing wrong?

I already read the post 'https://www.backupcreations.com/forum/post4068.html#p4068' (SFTP Public Key Authentication With Passphrase No Password) but it was no help.

Best regards

Ok, Problem solved.
There were some wrong Server-Settings involved.
