Syncing only one or only selected files

is it possible to sync only one file, or only selected files, but not the directory name itself?
eg:
c:\dirA\file1.txt
c:\dirA\file2.txt
sync with
c:\dirB\file1.txt
c:\dirB\file2.txt

in the main profile window, click on CHOOSE FILES AND FOLDERS, that shows you the directory list. have the directories UNchecked, then right clck on the directory where the file is, and click on SELECTED FOLDERS, and a folder window will come up for selection
