Obey Speed Limit only during certain times?

Postby syncing_feeling on Wed Jun 23, 2010 3:44 pm

I think that this is a feature request.

It would be useful to me to be able to specify a time frame during which a profile would obey the Speed Limit. For example, if the profile begins at 1am and runs until 3pm (because there is a lot of stuff to backup), and I want it to obey the speed limit between the hours of 10:30am and 7:45pm, then once the it hits 10:30am the profile would begin obeying the speed limit, but not until then. If the profile ran past 7:45pm then it would stop obeying the speed limit at that point.

Ideally I'd like to be able to specify different schedules for different days. For example, I might want the profile to obey the speed limit between 10:30am and 7:45pm on Monday through Friday, but on Saturday and Sunday not have it obey the speed limit at all.

I know it is too late for any new features for version 5, but I thought I would mention this for consideration for some future version. Also, if there is a way to do this that I am missing with the current software please let me know.

Thanks!
:)

Hello,

thanks for the post! Yes a few people are asking for this, maybe I can add it after V5.
