I would like to sync one directory to 30 machines, is this possible? thanks

Yes. You have to create a separate profile (job) for each destination machine. The jobs can run in parallel or one at a time. On the Tools button of the Scheduler tab sheet, you can specify if jobs should run in parallel or not. On the Program Settings dialog, tab sheet Advanced, you can specify the maximum number of simultaneous jobs.
