Problem: copying stuck onto a NAS

Postby Giuse on Fri Sep 30, 2011 2:24 am

Hi, since a couple of days, copying files to a NAS folder gets stucked: I run the profile and the building list ends up correctly with normal duration (around 40'000 files), then when I click "Start" the copy phase is extremely slow (like few bytes per seconds with pauses of seconds without any copy progress....). After 8 hours just 400 KB have been copied.
Tried to reboot the PC, reboot the router, reboot the NAS and no change (except that after reboot of all devices the first 2-3 seconds of the copy phase seemed to be normally fast but after 2 seconds stuck again and subsequent run of the profile were stuck from the beginning).
Copied manually a large file from the PC to the NAS folder with no problem nor "slugginesh".
I am thinking of a SuperFlexible problem: thanks!
cheers

What you can try is uncheck the following checkmark on the tab sheet Files->More:

"Check Destination File (Again) During Copying Phase".

You can also try "Use Windows API Copying Function" on or off.
