Profile fails (NO SUCH FILE AT 00C7148B.CHECKPOINTS: SPCSX/T

I have a few different profiles configured identically to this one and they run fine, however, this one always fails due to the same four files reported. I verified the files do exist on the source and are not locked by other processes. They do not exist on the destination.

It seems to be a problem or incompatibility with the SFTP server. I can look into it if you turn on Internet Protocol Logging on the Logs tab sheet of the Program Settings dialog, and also File List Building Details. Then send all the logs to support@syncovery.com. The Internet Protocol Logs will be in the TEMP folder and will be named FTPLOG*.TXT. There will be several and I need all of them. You can get to the TEMP folder by entering %TEMP% in the address bar of Windows Explorer.

Thanks for your reply and offer to help, greatly appreciated!
Before I got your response, I ended up deleting the remote dir and starting over with a fresh run. It's been fine ever since. I'll post back if it happens again, but it's looking good so far.
