Profile Groups / Retention Policy

Hi,

2 Questions.

1. Is it possible to create groups of profiles to run as a group rather than having to select the ones you want each time with the tick boxes. I am trying to replace second copy with SFFS

2. I am moving zip file backups from a web server with FTP. The backup on the server creates unique filenames. Is it possible to delete files from the destination, say files that are over 30 days old and therefore only retain 1 month of backups?

Yes, you can create profile groups by giving the profiles names start start with the same word. Such as:
Backup Docs
Backup Pics
Backup Music

Then they will have a group checkbox in the profile overview. By right-clicking, you can run the "checked profiles".

Yes, you can choose Exact Mirror Mode, choose a date/time filter with Age: less than 30 days and then click the "Configure" button for the Exact Mirror Mode and choose to delete files from destination that don't match the filter.
