Questions regarding using Windows batch to run SFFS

We are testing to use Windows batch files with Scheduled Tasks to run SFFS. If the original profile is run only periodically, this seems doable. But what if we want to run profiles both periodically and in real-time? Can real-time monitoring achievable using batch jobs?
