R.PSAFL 7

Starting yesterday, two profiles appear to be hanging with the message "Running (R.PSAFL 7)". Then after some time I get the following email:

1/19/2012 4:16:43 PM No Contact With Process Primary JHCIFS hourly sync to NX4, considering halted. Last Status: Running (R.PSAFL 7)

I changed the source IP (same machine, just using a different interface). I have two other profiles that use the same source, and they run fine with the updated IP.

The logs for both jobs show a large number of folders marked for deletion.

SuperFlex 5.61 running on Windows Server 2008 R2.

The job is probably looking for renamed files and somehow taking too long for that. Please go to the Files tab sheet in the profile and uncheck "Detect Renamed Files".

If this does not solve it, please run the job manually in attended mode, in the foreground, so you can get more detailed progress information and see what it does and where it hangs.
