Real-time backup limited to specific drive?

I have a backup profile set to monitor in real-time. It syncs to an external USB drive (my E: drive, which is named MyBackup). But as this is a laptop, I routinely disconnect the USB E: drive. Occasionally, I will connect a different USB drive (like one named Videos or Music) - maybe even a thumb drive (named Homework) - and as it becomes the E: drive, Syncovery syncs to it. That's not what I want. I want Syncovery to sync to ONLY a specific USB drive when it's plugged in (the MyBackup drive). Not just to any drive that happens to be assigned the E: drive letter. Is there any way to flag/tag a specific drive as the 'only use this drive' drive?

You can type the name of the drive (the volume label) instead of the drive letter.

For example:

MyBackup:\Folder

instead of

E:\Folder
