Remotely backing up profiles

I'm trying to back up Windows 10 profiles from different computers to my server running Syncovery. When I do so, I get errors about files being opened (such as Current Session and Current Tabs from the Chrome User Data folder). I'm using UNC paths for the left side.

What is the best way to copy these files? I looked to trigger a remote volume shadow copy, but when I looked at File Access / Advanced VSS Settings, it was only giving me VSS writers local to the Syncovery server.

It is not possible. Such files have to be skipped until maybe at some other time, they are readable.
