Replace Paths in profiles

Hi,

there are 2 things I would like to see in the "Replace Paths in profiles" feature:

- It should be made case sensitive (at least as an option). Actually, it will find "C:\mypath" but not "c:\MyPath" although both are treated the same by windows
- "Versioning/Move into folders" should also be included in the search and replace - actually, it is not

Maybe this could easily be implemented?
