Scheduler(OFF)

Postby Origin on Mon Oct 07, 2013 12:59 am

Hello,

I'm currently testing Syncovery 6.33, as an upgrade from our SFFS v5.18 install.
After installing the latest release, it automatically utilised the pre-existing INI file from the old instace.

After installing the service and setting it up to run as a service user, I can't seem to get the scheduler to run.
The service starts (and stops) just fine. The scheduler just remains in an OFF status, so no profiles run.

If the scheduler is switched to run in the background, it of course uses a different user account, but it does run profiles just fine.

Any pointers to resolve the scheduler as a service? Am I overlooking something?

The old instance was uninstalled first, and to my knowledge was not running as a service last time it was tested, but was previously tested (over a year ago) and successful as a service on the second user account.

I think it should work after a reboot.

The server was rebooted today.

Syncovery client reports "The Service is running." and "Scheduler is NOT running."
The dropdown Use is disabled and set as "Service Scheduler".
