SFFS & Windows DFS

Does SFFS change files causing Windows DFS to resync? I am using Windows DFS to sync files between two sites. I am also "backing up" those files to another local server using SFFS. I have it set to create an exact mirror at 4 set intervals. I notice a lot of disk activity and wonder if the backups are chaning the files where Windows DFS then resyncs them.

I don't think SFFS can cause any such problems. You need to analyze what is happening exactly.
