SFTP / Block Level

Hello,
I'm trying Block Level by SFTP but it seems need local database , isn't it ?
I can't block level sync already existing data (copied without syncovery) on remote destination .
any advice ?

you need to install the Syncovery Remote Service on the other end, please see "Mode 2":
