SmartTracking - Right Side changes not updated

I have smarttracking syncovery job set up with the folloiwng properties:

Copying Directions: Left to Right and Right To Left
Include Subfolders: All
Sync Operation Mode: SmartTracking
Scheduled to run every 5 minutes
Monitoring Real Time Sync Enabled

When I update or create a file on the left side, it moves to the right automatically. When i delete on the left side, it deletes on the right side automatically.

When I do the same on the right side, it does not process automatically. But it does process the changes if i run the schedule manually or make a change on the left side.

Any idea why the right side is not triggering changes?

It depends on what your right side is. Real-time events are not received via any Internet protocols or cloud service APIs. But the regular run every 5 minutes will pick up any changes from such storage locations.

Maybe your scheduled run every 5 minutes is not executing correctly.

Make sure you do not choose "Continuous Sync". Just the regular schedule, and "Real-Time Sync".

Also make sure the regular schedule is every 0 days 0 hours 5 minutes 0 seconds. Sometimes a "1" might be seen in the days or hours fields.

Hi, I have set all of those configurations. The right hand side is a regular network connection. Could it be that the underlying storage is a VMDK from VMware on the right, and left is a fibre attached disk?

Did you specify a schedule every 0 days, 0 hours, 5 minutes? Does that execute and update the destination?

Also make sure you start the scheduler.

To analyze this further, I need screenshots of the Scheduler tab sheet and log files (the log contains all your settings too). Please send to support@syncovery.com for a speedier reply.
