Sync Percentage for the file, Not Sync Speed ( ?? MB/sec)

In Synchronization Progress, It shows the sync percentage for the file, But sometimes we need to
know the sync speed is reasonable, maybe hardware or networks problem cause the sync speed too slow.
Have any config to set show the Sync Speed ( ?? MB/sec),not percentage?
