Sync to multiple sites with one profile

We have the need to sync one master folder to mutlple sites for software distribution. Is there any way to accomplish this without setting up a profile for each location that includes the master folder and the site folder.

No, you need to ceate a separate profile for each destination. You can right-click a profile and choose Duplicate in order to facilitate this, or simply use the "Save As" button in the profile after changing the destination.
