syncovery, file versioning on right, quickbooks problem

copying left (c: drive) to right (JungleDisk drive)
in VERSIONING, i have this CHCKED, to allow versioning on right, to maintain file date/time, when copied from c: to JungleDisk cloud drive

PROBLEM -
all OTHER files copy ok, as standard file name, and maintain their date/time stamps.
BUT, quickbooks ...QBW and associated data files, copy over with a wierd extension, to the JungleDisk file
(such as AceAssoc.QBW_xxxx..... (I did not do a screen shot), and once copyied TO jungleDisk, I try to do a RESTORE on my tablet PC, and those files can't be restored, states "access is denied"??
something does not make sense.

SO, I jjust logged onto my Home02 Mahcine, DE-selected the File versioning, copyied ALL my QBW files from c: to Jungledisk; this time the wierd extension was not there;
then, on Home06 machine, restored all the QBW files from the JungleDisk file to the Tablet c: drive, and they restored OK.

What might the problem be, especially that it was just with the Quickbooks QBW files?????

I turn versioning ON, because many times, for example, if I copied an EML file from c: to JungleDisk, the date/time does not get maintained, and the versioning helps with this, and same with some other files

any assistance apreciated

ADDENDUM
I have been experimenting with this. It may have been that I had selections made in left and right column, not just left column (source drive)
I did a test on my current Homd06 tablet,and it seems to work; jungleDisk has version appended, and when restored to c: drive, the appended line disappears, and i don't get access denied.
i will retry from home machine today

OK, to all, doing testing

Have quickbooks files, OLDER (zztest.qbw) and newer.

I keep moving the OLDER and NEWER, manually,doing testing

File Versioning ON.
PROFILE set up to do Home06 (C:) <- -> JungleDisk (Z:)

when OLDER is on c:, Access gets Denied (error 5)
when older is on z:, the operation is sucessful.

I did note that both sides have READ ONLY attribute checked, ikn the quickbook QBW files.

If I turn file versioning OFF, then either direction works (older on either side gets overwritten).

if I keep file versioning ON, and DE-SELECT the read-only attribute, both directions are successful.

something is preventing syncovery, with file versioning on, and read-only atribute in quickbooks being on, from accessing the QBW file on the c: drive and overwriting it.

any feedback appreciated.
