Hi

This is our problem: certain files for some users sometimes do not sync. This is the error code from the logfile.

Could not edit database rec (Access violation at address 00DDD350 in module 'ExtremeSyncService.exe'. Read of address 0000005F):

This does not happen all users, only sometimes. Can superflexible handle all types of characters in a path? Does it have a maximum length of the path?

Can you try the latest version 5.60?

Yes, the software can handle all Unicode characters.
