Turning off "older versions cleanup"

Postby dbellsecu on Tue Jul 18, 2017 9:13 am

We are running Syncovery V7.82 build 487 and are trying to figure out where several of the FTP jobs are setup to delete older files that were downloaded via FTP. We do not want to setting enabled, but can’t find where this is configured. Under the “Versioning” section in Advanced Settings, then the “More” tab, there is a check box for “Clean up all older versions based on the specified number to keep” but this is unchecked. Do you know where else this may be set? Thanks for any help you can provide!

You may have to choose "Keep Older Versions" under versioning and choose a very high number such as 9999.
