Upgrade Questions

Hello. I'm currently using Super Flexible v5.72. Here are my upgrade questions below. Thanks!
1. Is there a way to retain or import the v5.x profiles, so they can be used with Syncovery v6.x?
2. Do you recommend a complete uninstall of v5.72, prior to installing Syncovery?
3. Regarding Syncovery, are the license pack options restricted to location or domain?
4. With the Syncovery Win/Mac package option, are the licenses split between the two platforms or independent?

Hello,

the profiles will be retained. You should not uninstall Superflexible first. Syncovery will show a Migration tool that will do that.

The multi-license packs should be seen as linked to the customer, i.e. to a person or company. But they are not restricted to a location or domain.

Each Combo license can be used on a Mac and a PC as long as they are used by the same person.
