I purchased SuperFlexible specifically to allow me to use my Google Docs account for storing my online backups. I already have an 80GB Google Docs account. However when I try to use it in the pre-release of v5, I always get a 403 access error and every upload fails.
According to your website, you state that a Google Premium account is needed to use third party software to upload files. I do not believe this is true as I am able to upload files to the same google account via the current version of Gladinet (one of your competitors).
Heres the log I get when I try:
- Code: Select all
Created folder: GDOCS://Away from the Sun
FTP Exception (5): ETGFTPError Error uploading to Google storage (403): You do not have permission to perform this operation. @ 00DFC7E6
Exception "ERROR UPLOADING TO GOOGLE STORAGE (403): YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO PERFORM THIS OPERATION." at 00DFC7E6.

Errors / Access problems with 1 File(s):
Its the same result no matter what file I try. All files sent via SuperFlexible to Google Docs fail. Can you please check this again as I am sure this should work for free Google accounts.
Thanks
