what does "creatingtempl" mean?

when I try to sync my pst file (very large) the system seems to hang with the status of "creatingtempl". Can anybody tell me what that means and how it can be fixed. Thanks. Screen snapshot attached. Version is 7.88i.

Hello,
this means it is creating a temporary copy of the destination file as a preparation for block level copying. You can avoid it by editing the profile, and on the Special tab sheet, choose:

X Fast Mode

or just copy from left to right, which always uses fast mode.
